Sabrina dove

Sabrina Dove is the Founder and Executive Search Partner at Pacific Search Firm, which she launched in 2015 to help companies in the energy transition and industrial innovation sectors scale through strategic executive hiring.

With over 15 years of experience, Sabrina partners closely with founders, executive teams, and investment firms across the energy transition. She leads high-impact executive and senior leadership searches across commercial, operational, technical, and talent functions, including engineering, manufacturing, product, go-to-market, and people leadership. She works with global companies, venture-backed and private equity-backed companies, from early inflection points through scale and exit.

Sabrina is deeply embedded in the energy transition ecosystem. She regularly hosts round table discussions with founders and executives in San Francisco, speaks at industry events, and maintains long-standing relationships with top-tier candidates.

In addition to leading searches, she advises investment firms on recruitment strategy and talent assessment.

Sabrina holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a master’s degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
